ceedi recently signed the design contract with hainan shuner investment management co., ltd. for china town international cultural mall i automotive garden apartment project.

the project is located on the west of hunna street and the south of nanhai avenue in haikou city. the i-automotive garden apartment and china town are named together as china town international cultural mall. the i-automotive garden apartment covers an area of 13,000m² with a total floor area of 130,000m². the building includes two underground floors and 46 floors with a height of 210m. the design adopts the concept of green building with optimized space distribution. the apartment owner’s vehicles can drive into the building elevator, and the owner can have a view on the parking place and sky garden in their living room.

the design standard is high due to the project is located in the city center and near high-speed railway. after completion the automotive garden apartment will become the first in china and the highest in the world. winning the project enhances ceedi’s competitiveness on skyscraper design.
